Kudos For Us!

2007 CIB Judges Comments:
Overall, the quality and maintenance of floral displays in all sectors
of the municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc was excellent. The Caradoc
Street Bridge flower boxes were fabulous!
As we toured we saw many beautiful flower beds, hanging baskets, flower barrels, and areas of wild flowers and areas that are naturalizing.
Regardless of where we went you could feel the overwhelming pride and
see the involvement that the residents, local merchants and businesses
had in beautifying their areas with magnificent floral displays.
Throughout our tour it was continually noted the significant
contributions and involvement of the horticulture society. The
horticultural society takes care of the gardens in the community parks, seniors centres, residential areas and community buildings.
Strathroy-Caradoc has created excellent partnerships with the
horticultural society in creating and maintaining floral displays - keep
up the great work!
