About Us
Roselands Horticultural Society was formed in April, 1926. In the early years, RHS had an excellent record of service in the community formerly known as the City of York. RHS is continuing to offer goodwill and volunteer work in the community with a bulb program in the public schools within the area for the children to plant out or force the bulbs indoors, working closely with the Long Term Care Facility at West Park Hospital planting up their 3 courtyards and 3 terraces, and maintaining gardens at a few churches in the area.
