Meetings

Our meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of each month, from February through November, in the lower hall of Trinity United Church (unless indicated differently). We begin our meeting with a social time at 7 p.m. followed by the meeting at 7:30. Meetings not held at Trinity Church are as follows: Our July meeting is a garden tour. Our August flower show and meeting is at the Curling Club. We hold a pot luck supper on the 3rd Monday of October at Christ Church Anglican. Our Annual General Meeting is on the 3rd Monday of November.

April 21 : OHA Annual Spring Meeting: Minden 9-3:30

April 16: "Hydrangea"  Terry Hotner - Hotner's Garden Centre, Peterborough

Saturday May 12: Our Spring Plant Sale - 9a.m. Omemee Curling Club

May 21:  "Growing Dahlias with Success", Malcolm Mcdonald

June 18: On Site Visit  "to see the private gardens of Paula Anderson (our Feb speaker)" Paula will show her garden & tie it into what she spoke about in February- meet at Trinity to Carpool - to leave at 6:30 - or meet at Paula's at  6:45 to begin at 7:00 -directions will be provided

July 16: Our Annual Garden Tour of  members' gardens- meet at Trinity United to carpool (6:30)

Aug 20:  Our August Flower & Vegetable Show

Visitors Welcome !! -judged exhibits from our Junior and Adult members will be on display  Doors open at 6:30 for viewing the show  -Junior Award Presentation at 7:30
