SOCIETY BACKGROUND

MONTHLY MEETINGS
Meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of each month *except June/July/August at 7:30 p.m. in the Judy LaMarsh Room – Niagara Falls

Public Library on Victoria Avenue. New members are always welcome.

PROJECTS - Recent Community projects include:
Sponsorship of "Best Neighbourhood" Trillium Award.
Planting and maintaining flower bed at the Morrison Street, McLeod Road and Dorchester Road Firehalls.

Memorial Bench at Niagara College Glendale Campus.

 Donation to Niagara Falls Public Library to aid in purchasing plants for Library flower beds. 
Planters at entrance to Lundy's Lan Historical Museum and bed at Armoury Building.

Bursary for Niagara Parks Commission School of Horticulture student. Participated in the Spring Open House at Niagara College with display table and materials promoting the Horticultural Society.
Flower Design workshops and Seminar.
Perennial Plant Exchange.
 
MEMBERSHIP
Annual dues (January to December) $15.00 per person entitles you to:
9 meetings per year
receive our yearbook
enter monthly flower show competitions
enter Rose Show and Flower & Vegetable Show competitions
