It is a very good time for local gardening enthusiasts to consider joining the Manotick Horticultural Society. As always, we welcome visitors to our meetings (see "Meetings" section of dates and speaker topics) at 7:30 p.m. in the Main Hall of the RCMP Camp at the Long Island Locks off River Road. A visitor’s fee of $5.00 will be charged, but this fee can be applied towards an annual membership and, since a single membership only costs $15.00, and a family membership only $25.00, we hope that visitors will appreciate the value-added of becoming members.
