Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month except for January on which it will be held on the 3rd Tuesday because of the audit. No meeting in July. Meetings held at the Royal Canadian Hall at 7 p.m.
May 26th, 2010: annual Plant & Bake sale at 7 p.m. till ???
June 9 - is our planting agenda for the Town of Kirkland Lake. Flowers are planted in the many planters around the town in our plan for beautification. The following sites are done : Museum, the Welcome signs at the East and West ends of Town, The Legion Hall, the Cenotaph, Hospital, Works Department, and the downtown section.
August 24, 25th at the Royal Canadian Legion Hall. Public viewing on Tuesday Aug. 24th from 7-9 p.m. and on Wednesday Aug. 25 th frp, 2-4 and 7-8:30 p.m.
October 1st: our annual Shop & Stop at the Legion Hall from 5-7 p.m. Roast Beef dinner with homemade desserts. Tickets $10. available from Cecile Young or the Legion office or bar.
December 14th is our Christmas Party for members only.
Membership is $7.00 for the year from January to December.
