Monday, January 25th at 7:00pm
Our meeting is Monday the 25th and starts with social time. Coffee, tea, and treats will be waiting for you.

Speaker: Stacey Hickman

Stacey is a Greenhouse Consultant in biological controls with Natural Insect Control. Their booth was an award winner at the recent Canadian Greenhouse Conference. Stacey works closely with Niagara Park Butterfly Conservatory in her work.

Topic:  Natural Insect Control
Your backyard has everything:  the good, bad and ugly bugs.  Stacey explains how to use the beneficial insects and natural products to control common pest problems such as aphids, slugs and lawn grubs.

Constitution and By-Laws
The board has worked on the Constitution and By-Laws and has approved its release for membership review.  You can see it on our website here:

Activities and Volunteering
A guide to our activities and events this year is on our 'book mark'.  We give them out when you renew your membership - ask Ginny Thiessen for one at the membership desk.  Lauren Doig will have a sign up clip board and we ask you to reserve your spots on upcoming activities such as providing treats for our social time at meetings, participating in the Home and Garden Show, the Plant Sale, Trillium Judging, and more. We ask for volunteers to  maintain the beds at the Elm Street Garden, and to come out for the potting of the Town's hanging baskets in March at Trillium Hill.
