 Horticultural Society Supports Red Cross

On May 23, 2009 the Dryden & District Horticultural Society held their annual Plant & Bake Sale. This is one of the society’s largest fundraisers of the year, with assorted annuals, perennials, vegetables and baking donated by the members. This year the membership premiums were distributed to the members at the sale, and they were red and white geraniums. The geraniums were chosen to support and celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Red Cross. (2009-08-18) |
