This enjoyable evening begins with dinner at 6:30 p.m. Members are asked to bring a food serving for 8 people and bring your own plates, cups and cutlery (and an item or two for the Silent Auction).
A Silent and Live Auction and a Valentine's Day Bouquet Contest will be part of this entertaining social evening with gardening enthusiasts.
Guest Speaker: Stoney Creek Garden Club Member Shirley Temple will discuss the symbolism, myth and flowers of Valentine's Day. You won't want to miss this fun-filled evening.
A Valentine's Day Bouquet Contest will be a Members' Choice for the best arrangement.
Contest Rules: This arrangement can have no dried, real or silk flowers. Components allowed include: eg. real greenery, edible products, lace, paper and ribbons. Size is not an issue and remember no points are awarded towards any flower show prizes. This is just for fun - let your imagination run free!
Membership Fees apply for this event: Adults $15 Family: $20. Join the Garden Club and enjoy an evening of good eats and fun and a year full of interesting activities.
