| District Advisory Councilis made up of two members from each member Society in District 3 of the OHA.One of these members shall be the President of the Society with the First Vice-President being an alternate. The second member shall be an officer of the Society. A Society may choose to appoint it's two delegates. The District Advisory Council meets each fall on a rotating location schedule. The Fall Advisory Council meeting is usually on a Saturday in October, after the OHA Board meeting has been held, so that the District Director may report back.
