About Us

The BDHS formed in 1995 to provide a forum for education about horticulture and gardening, to undertake civic beautification projects and to promote protection and improvement of environment.

Illustrated left is our 1st project, the downtown Bolton pavilion. Click here for more details about this and other projects.

In our continuing efforts to enhance the community through horticulture, BDHS has initated several community naturalization & environmental projects through partnerships with like-minded organizations and individuals.

During the past 16 years, we have welcomed members with every level of experience, from beginner to expert gardeners.

BDHS general meetings in 2012 will be held on the 3rd Tuesday of the following months:  February, March, April, May, August, September, October and November.

Location:  Albion Bolton Community Centre, 150 Queen Street South (Regional Road/Highway 50) Bolton, ON in the AUDITORIUM on the 2nd floor (stairs and elevator access).  ABCC - Google Map
