Our 2017 Program

The BDHS Board promises another educational and entertaining year. 

MEETING LOCATION: BDHS general meetings are held at the Caledon Seniors Recreation Centre, 7 Rotarian Way, Bolton, Ontario, L7E 1Y2 in the Egan Room (accessible). Google map 

All meetings start promptly at 7:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted.

Guest fees: $5 or $2 for members of other societies

2017 membership fees are $25 per person or $30 per family (family is defined as two individuals residing at the same address).  Click on the JOIN US  tab to reach the membership information page, including current discounts available to BDHS members.

Guest fees: $5/meeting or $2 with proof of memberhip in another horticultural society.

A History of BDHS Environmental, Naturalization and Special Projects

In the 21 years since the BDHS was founded, a number of beautification projects were initiated & financially supported by the society. 

Here is a brief history of some of these sites and BDHS involvement.  The list begins with current, on-going projects. Some projects listed below (numbered 1- 8) are no longer actively managed by the society, but remain part of the improved landscape of Bolton.
