The Floral Emblem of Arthur - The Aster
The Arthur Horticultural Society has been a chartered Organization with the Ontario Horticultural Society since 1919.
We are located north of Fergus and the Junction of Hwy 6 and 9.
If you are interested in joining us come to our next meeting and check out what we are all about. We have flower and vegetable shows with interesting guest speakers. There is something for everyone. After our meeting you can join us for tea and something to eat.
Our Youth Group decorates planters that are situated on our main street. They do a great job of beautifying our scenic town. We also have volunteers to help us keep up with all of the gardens that we maintain in Arthur.

Spring Show

The first show of the year is on May 21, 2009
Guest Speaker is Rick Mann. He will be talking to us about his Bird houses and sculptures made with gourds. The will be a slide show and a display.
Anyone is welcome to join us at the Arthur Seniors Hall at 8pm.
Luncheon will be served at the end of the meeting.
Come out and join the fun.
