The Argyle Horticultural Society is the smallest Society within District 18 with about 42 members.  Located in the Port Loring/Loring area, this small group manages to have an annual Flower Show, Garden Tours, Yard Sale and monthly meetings with interesting guest speakers. They also distribute planters throughout the community and look after several public gardens.

Our 2012 season is finally here.  Watch for our 2012 lineup of speakers and activities which will be posted in February.  Our first meeting in 2012 will be Thursday, March 8th, with Jim and Judy Merrick from Commanda Gardens.   Come join us for coffee, baked goodies and informative gardening topics.

New members are always welcome.  Our meetings are the first Thursday of the month excluding March which will be held on March 8th.    They are held at 7 pm at the Argyle Community Center (Lions Den) on Hwy 522 in Arnstein.   Single memberships are $10.  If you are just visiting the area please come out and join us, we are a friendly bunch :)    Guests are always welcome.
